Return Policy
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust it.
If you're on a Gatorship Plan, you can cancel or change the timing of your shipments on your profile page.
If our products aren’t right for you, let us know. We can help you return specific products within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Those products are Unopened Beard Oil, Accessories, and any other non-consumable product at our discretion. We apologize for the inconvenience, any purchased skincare we cannot resale, restock or reuse. We do not accept return's on Soap Bar's, Shaving Cream, Shampoo's/Conditioner's, Body Wash and any opened or used product's. What we provide instead are discount credit's or a partial-refund.
This return policy does not apply to damaged items claims. If you receive ANY damaged item, please email us a photo of the damaged item and make a request for a refund (no need to return), within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. We evaluate all damage claims and if its within 3 business days and clearly damaged and unused, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement (free of charge and free of shipping to you). After 3 business days we will evaluate on a case by case basis and work with you to determine the most reasonable and comprisable solution.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return on eligible return items or a credit/partial refund depending on the issue or because you are unsatisfied with a product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, via email or mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We can change this policy at any time at our discretion.

If a product is simply not to your liking, we ask to please gift any unused product to your friend's or family instead and no hard feeling's here! Unlikable Scent or Textures
If it is a scent you dislike, please let us know within 7 day's and we can help you find a replacement scent that is more appealing for you. However, this scenario would not qualify for a refund. We do have a program however, that if you provide us a Google Review and a Website Review, we will ship a different scented product 30% off and will send you a one-time use product discount code but this must all occur within 7 day's of contacting us.
Exchanges
We do not currently provide exchange's as our product's are personal use product's and are ineligible for an exchange. However, if you are unsatisfied with the scent and want to try another, we are willing to do a discount code for you to order another option at a reduced price for you to try with a review.

Refunds

For DAMAGED item's received upon delivery, please contact us within 3 DAYS INCLUDING WEEKENDS. We will not refund a purchase if you contact us a week after receiving your order. We will however work with you if you are unsatisfied and you missed the 3 day time period, depending on the severity of the damage, or if its clearly been unused and still in its original damaged state. Please understand this is our policy due to claims of damage after being used.
7 days is our overall cutoff timeframe. Please contact us within 7 days regardless of the issue. After 7 days we do not offer refunds, returns on any products.
Membership and subscriptions
Memberships are signed up for a year at a time. Every year on the same date as the initial sign up you will be charged the recurring membership fee.
The membership fee can change at any time, however, we do NOT charge you anytime of the new fee (if it changes) for a membership you have already signed up for. But the new fee will go into effect on the recurring anniversary date.
Membership's are setup as auto-renewal and you can cancel your renewal at any time. Please see the cancellation policy page for more information.
For subscriptions, you can cancel, pause and change intervals at any time in your customer portal. However, you cannot cancel an order already being processed. You must be sure to cancel, pause or change interval frequency prior to the next renewal.
