Shipping policy
An order placed through our website will typically ship within 1-3 business day's in most cases. In exceptionally rare occasion's or during busy times such as holiday's or event's, there may be delay's in an order.
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business day's (which is excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
We will do our best to notify you of any unforeseen circumstance's that may cause a delay in shipping your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For the best expected Shipping rates, they are calculated at the checkout page. They are based on package weight and the destination. 

For simple flat rate shipping: 
US Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping rate in the contiguous U.S. which is 3-7 days business days is typically up to $15. Spend over $40 and Standard Shipping is FREE (up to $13). If you have an active subscription or checkout for subscribed products for recurring orders of $35 or more, the shipping is FREE. Please NOTE, that if your cart includes one-time purchases AND products for subscriptions, shipping is separated between one-time purchases and the subscription products. 

As a note, we are working on including these together during one transaction, we hope to be able to offer this in the near future.

 Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) is available at current market carrier rates. These rates are shown during checkout.

We offer free STANDARD shipping for order's over $40, ONLY in the USA. Standard shipping is any amount up to $13 we will cover. This amount covers shipping to CA, HI and AK, including the most expensive zip to ship to in the USA, in Alberton, CA. We do not offer free shipping for expedited, rush, priority or any other shipping options over $13. 

If you pick a different shipping option such as expedited, rush, priority etc and it exceeds the $13 threshold, the standard shipping amount of $13 will be applied as a shipping discount instead.

Example One: You live in CA, standard shipping is 12.50, our discount will show as FREE SHIPPING and you will not pay for shipping.

Example Two: You live in CA, you choose expedited shipping, the shipping cost is 15.50 for expedited, we will apply the $13 from what we will cover, you will pay $2.50 for shipping.

We offer discounted shipping rates for subscription members and our military ID.me members. Discounted rates for military or other eligible person are subject to verification. Please see our ELITE Club page for more information. These pages may be under development as changes to ID.Me, and other services impact our ability. In this case or if these pages are unavailable, please contact us at help@floridamansoap.com. Our typical method for verification when not using ID.Me is a DD214 and creating a customer account. 

We cannot provide discounts for customers without creating a customer account. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Canada Shipping Rates
Flat rate (5-7 days business days) is $25. For orders over $25 ground shipping is $20. Spend over $50 and ground shipping is $5. Over $75 and shipping is free.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping or to Canada. We are looking to add Canada in 2024 or 2025. We are looking into providing international shipping at a future date. Possibly also by 2025.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and carrier,  you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@floridamansoap.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept return's of unopened and unused purchase's of being contacted within 7 day's of delivery for specific products, please see our refund policy at floridamansoap.com/policies/refund-policy for more detailed information.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the return for specific products. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible within 7 day's at help@floridamansoap.com with your order number, description of the issue and a photo of the item’s condition. For damaged items we will evaluate each use case; and any product is eligible for refund for damage or other solution's such as replacements or discounts for future orders.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but we are certain we can find a satisfactory solution.
